Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Gdoop. By accessing or using our website, services, applications, and note creation tools (collectively referred to as the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Gdoop provides temporary and permanent encrypted notes, URL redirects, media file attachments, QR code generation, and PRO account memberships. Users can publish Gdoop notes accessible via unique share codes or shareable links (such as /oo/code).
3. Account Registration & Security
When creating an account or subscribing to Gdoop PRO, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and license keys. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
4. Disappearing Mode & Data Retention
Notes created with Disappearing Mode enabled (e.g. 3 Days, 7 Days, 30 Days) are scheduled for automated expiration. Upon expiration, the content and attached files are permanently purged from Gdoop servers and cannot be recovered.
5. Acceptable Content & Prohibited Use
You agree not to use Gdoop to store, share, or transmit any content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, fraudulent, or obscene;
- Violates third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights;
- Contains malicious software, viruses, phishing payloads, or harmful code;
- Attempts unauthorized access to Gdoop systems, databases, or user accounts.
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
6. PRO Subscriptions & License Keys
PRO Mode features—including custom share codes, extended options, and disabling disappearing mode—require a valid Gdoop PRO license key. License keys are non-transferable and subject to verification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gdoop and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
